Vendor Application

We are an outdoor private lot on which we host:
- Daily live music and shows bringing a crowd. You can see our calendar here.
- A popular daily beer/wine garden with a patio
- Games for kids and dogs bringing a family-friendly and dog-friendly crowd.
- An Artisan market (max 20 booths)
- Loading zone available both on 4th Ave & back street
- Free parking available around
- We do not have electricity available to vendors
- You need lights for evening time 
- Winter Plan: We have installed a large tent with lighting for cold, rain and wind, and we have now heaters. Vendors can choose to bring their own tent or come under our collective tent.

PLEASE ONLY TICK THE DATES YOU WANT TO ATTEND as an invoice will be sent for all dates ticked. Booth secured only after invoice paid. 10% discount if you book 5 dates or more. Set up on TIME but early departure possible as long as communicated to organizer
We now have set up a large collective tent for vendors to be under with lighting and heating. There's only space for one table per vendor. If you have a large set up that requires 2 tables or more, you'll need to book the "extra space" option. You can choose to bring your own tent and set up outside of the large collective tent.
